- Board Member on the South Davis Fire Agency, including serving as its chair in 2012.
- Board Member of the South Davis Recreation Agency (the Bountiful Rec Center)
- Board Member of the Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District (the Davis County landfill and burn plant)
- Represent Davis County on Wasatch Front Regional Council (the steering committee for UDOT and UTA projects in Davis County, Salt Lake County, Morgan County and Tooele County)
- Named Alternate member of the Regional Planning Committee of the Wasatch Front Regional Council which is the steering committee for the long term plan for the council.
- Board Member on Utah League of Cities and Towns
- Committee Member of the Davis County PM 2.5 air quality compliance committee.
- Represent the city in the Davis County Council of Governments.
- Board member of the Davis County Business Development Fund
- Named a local board member of the United States Selective Service System (draft board)
Community Involvement
When I ran for Mayor, I stated that it was my goal to give back to our
